Sit in a room with dim light and relax. Take a few deep breaths. Determine in your head the goal to see your aura and stay focused on that goal with a firm belief that this is something you can do. Try to rub and bump your index fingers against each other. As soon as your index fingers are connected, the energy hangs between the fingers because aura is sticky in nature. Concentrate on the area between your fingers as you continue to rub them. After a while, separate the fingers at about 1.3 cm (1/2 inch) apart. Concentrate on the space between them and see if you can tell a veil of color, mist or smoke between your fingers.
Continuous training will make the aura clearer and more accessible to see. If this is the case, repeat the exercise with your hands, rub it and separate it to see the aura between them.
